Former Mason County star and Kentucky Mr. Basketball Chris Lofton exploded for 61 points in a Turkish League game over the weekend. Lofton was 17-22 from the 3-point line in the game. He also added 6 steals and 4 assists. Lofton's Mersin BSB team defeated TED Koleji 116-70.
Lofton scored 47 points in a game earlier this season.
He led the Mason County Royals to the state championship in 2003 and played a highly successful college career for the Tennessee Volunteers.
