Former Mason County and Tennessee star Chris Lofton had a successful rookie season in the Beko Turkish Basketball League.
Lofton averaged 20 points for Mersin Municipality, and set a modern-day record with 61 points in a game in which he hit 17-22 three-pointers. He also scored 47 points in a game earlier in the season.
