Kentucky on List of Top 5 Frontcourts in College Basketball

Yahoo Sports ranks its top 5 frontcourts in college basketball and they list Kentucky at #4:

4. Kentucky – Patrick Patterson, is a seasoned junior who averaged 17.9 points and 9.3 rebounds last season. Freshman DeMarcus Cousins is a 6-foot-11, 270-pound standout who plays with a mean streak. Both players could be top-15 picks in the next NBA draft. What other unit can say that? Still, depth is an issue.

Their Top 5:

1. North Carolina
2. Texas
3. Kansas
4. Kentucky
5. Georgia Tech

My Thoughts: They seem to forget all about Daniel Orton, who would easily start at most high-major programs. They also mention depth as an issue without considering not only Orton, but also Perry Stevenson and Josh Harrellson.

it almost seems like they just glance at the roster and do no research at all when writting these articles..... UK has more depth with it's big men than just about anyone in the nation. Not to mention having ORTON as your backup... he would start at any school on that list and honestly I think he should be starting for us based on cousins boo boo face and lack of effort anytime a call doesnt go his way.
