Kentucky Wesleyan cracked the national rankings for the first time this season as the Panthers received a No. 25 spot in the third weekly National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II Top 25 men's basketball poll today.
This marks the 295th time, a Division II national record, KWC have been in the Top 25 since ratings started in 1961. Other GLVC teams in the poll are No. 11 Drury and No. 20 Southern Indiana.
The Panthers (8-1), riding an eight-game win streak, will host Asbury on Thursday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. CT and Midwest Region foe Lake Erie on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 7:30.
