The No. 18 Drury University men's basketball team came out flat Thursday night and never found its game legs as the team was dominated by No. 13 Kentucky Wesleyan 79-67 in front of 1,044 fans at Weiser Gym.

Alex Hall led all scorers with 25 points, but he was 5-of-15 from the floor and 2.of-9 from behind the 3-point line and got most of his points from the free-throw line.

Four Wesleyan players scored at least 10 points, led by Desmond Stephens' 23 points. KWU also won the rebounding battle 41-36, though they dominated the second-chance points.

Drury trailed by as much as 27 points and was down by 18 at halftime. A late run against many of KWU's bench players made the score closer at the final buzzer.
