Ex-Cat Andre Riddick is Still Dunking in Belgium

Andre Riddick, who played for the Kentucky Wildcats from 1991-1995, is still playing professional basketball in Belgium.

Riddick, who has enjoyed a long and fruitful career, comes off the bench for TEC Spirou Charleroi in Belgium's top-level D1 League.

In 26 league games, Riddick has averaged 20.2 minutes, 6.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals. He shoots a very impressive 69.0% from the field but only 29.1% from the free throw line.

In back-to-back games over the weekend, Riddick had 4 points and 4 rebounds in the first game and 7 points and 5 rebounds in the second game.

Riddick was well-known during his UK career as a shot-blocker and a powerful dunker. He blocked a career-high 9 shots against LSU on March 14, 1993.

NOTE: How about those Kentucky uniforms in the mid-1990s?
