Former University of Kentucky big man Jared Carter and the Rochester RazorSharks have advanced to the Premier Basketball League's championship series.
The RazorSharks defeated Quebec two games to one in the semifinal round and will now face Lawton-Fort Sill in the championship series.
Carter has been playing some of the best basketball of his career in recent weeks. He has now scored in double figures in 11 of his last 12 games, including 7 games in a row.
On the season, the Scott County native is averaging 11.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He is shooting 109-188 (58%) from the field.
The first game of the final series will be Friday night in Rochester.
