All games will be played at Simon Kenton High School

Cost: Pre-Register = $80 per team of 4 (by June 9th)
Walk-ups = $100 per team of 4 (afterJune 9th)

When: Saturday, June 11th

Divisions: MIDDLE SCHOOL = 6th – 8th grade (as of 2011-2012 school yr)
HIGH SCHOOL = 9th grade thru 12th grade (2011 – 2012 school yr)
OPEN = Anyone that has graduated as of 2011 and Adults.

Entry form and fees must be received by Thursday June 9th.

CONCESSIONS, GAMES, AND PRIZES
**MANDATORY TEAM MEETING AT @ 2:00pm **
Teams must be registered between 1:00 - 1:30pm on June 11th
Games will begin as close to 2:30 pm as possible
Teams consist of 4 players only
Each team should have a light and dark jersey (t-shirt)
Players must play in their assigned division. No one can play down.
Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games
Pool Play, Each Team Moves on to Tournament
Prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each Division
