Taquan Dean Leads SerieA in Scoring After 3 Rounds

Former University of Louisville star Taquan Dean is leading Italy's top-level SerieA league in scoring average after the first three rounds of the new season.

Dean, who plays for Sidigas Avellino, is averaging a league-best 21.7 points per game.
