Aric Holman Adds an Offer from Cincinnati

Cincinnati has extended a scholarship offer to Owensboro Senior's Aric Holman following his game at the Marshall County Hoop Fest Saturday morning.

He plans to attend prep school and reclassify to the Class of 2016, which will significantly help his exploding development:

Holman, a 6-foot-9 forward, played well in front of Cincinnati assistant Darren Savino Saturday at the Hoop Fest. He finished with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocked shots.

My Thoughts: Holman is still a little raw, but certainly has the potential to be a high major Division I player. currently lists him as a three-star prospect. With work and a little muscle, I could see him going to high-level 3-star to 4-star by the time he graduates.

Holman was held scoreless in the second half vs. Marshall County but it appeared that the Marshals decided to shut him down and take their chances with the rest of Owensboro's team.

He is going to need to play the four position in college and really needs to add a little muscle.

Here are a couple of highlights from Saturday's game:
