Which Coach is Still Voting for Duke in the USA Today Coaches Poll?

For the past several weeks, every media member and coach in America has voted Kentucky No. 1 on their college basketball poll ballots. That it, every coach except one, who continues to cast his first-place vote for Duke.

As of now, the coach that is voting for Duke is a mystery. It's not as if the Blue Devils are undeserving, but I thought it might be fun to play "guess the coach" who is voting against Kentucky.

So, FOR FUN, let's look at the 32 coaches who have a vote and guess the coach:

- Tommy Amaker, Harvard
- Randy Bennett, Saint Mary's
- Jim Boeheim, Syracuse
- Todd Bozeman, Morgan State
- Glenn Braica, St. Francis Brooklyn
- Rick Byrd, Belmont
- Scott Cherry, High Point
- Tim Cluess, Iona
- Ed Conroy, Tulane
- Keith Dambrot, Akron
- Scott Drew, Baylor
- Matt Driscoll, North Florida
- Steve Fisher, San Diego State
- Bruiser Flint, Drexel
- Mark Fox, Georgia
- John Gallagher, Hartford
- Ray Harper, Western Kentucky
- Dick Hunsaker, Utah Valley
- George Ivory, Arkansas-Pine Bluff
- Ben Jacobson, Northern Iowa
- Rob Jeter, Wisconsin-Milwaukee
- Danny Kaspar, Texas State
- Mike McConathy, Northwestern State
- Greg McDermott, Creighton
- Matt Painter, Purdue
- Dave Paulsen, Bucknell
- Randy Rahe, Weber State
- Joe Scott, Denver
- Herb Sendek, Arizona State
- Shaka Smart, Virginia Commonwealth
- Bob Williams, UC-Santa Barbara
- Mike Young, Wofford

My top 5 most likely (in no order):

1. Jim Boeheim: double whammy, he seems to hate Kentucky AND John Calipari
2. Mark Fox: tired of losing to Kentucky?
3. Scott Drew: wouldn't surprise me
4. Herb Sendek: has Kentucky ties, but they were with Rick Pitino and Tubby Smith
5. Tommy Amaker: he comes from the Coach K coaching tree

My top 5 least likely (in no order):

1. Bruiser Flint: strong ties to Coach Cal
2. Shaka Smart: wouldn't want to burn any Big Blue bridges
3. Rick Byrd: one of the smartest coaches around
4. Ray Harper: no reason to spurn an in-state school
5. Matt Painter: hates Indiana so much that he actually likes Kentucky

If I absolutely had to pick just one: I'm taking Boeheim.

All that being said, it's probably someone random who really thinks Duke is the best team.

UPDATE: As expected, it's someone I totally did not expect. It turns out, the coach who is voting for Duke is Wofford head man Mike Young.
