Former Racer James Singleton Will Continue Pro Career in Israel

Former Murray State forward James Singleton will continue his professional career in Israel's top-level Winner League.

Singleton, who played this summer in Venezuela, has signed with Bnei Hertzeliyya.

In 14 games this summer, he averaged 7.5 points and 6.0 rebounds. Last season he averaged 12.6 points and 8.3 rebounds for the Canton Charge in the NBA D-League.

Bnei Hertzeliyya (Winner League) signed 34-year old American forward James Singleton (203-81, college: Murray State, agency: ASM Sports). He played this summer at Guaros in Venezuelan LPB league. In 14 games he had 7.5ppg, 6.0rpg and 1.1apg. He helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. The last season Singleton played at Canton Charge in D-League. In 26 games he recorded 12.6ppg, 8.3rpg, 2.0apg and 1.1bpg. He contributed to his team ending the regular season as at the second position in Atlantic Division. They also advanced to the league semifinals.

The previous (13-14) season Singleton played at Xinjiang Flying Tige (CBA) in Chinese league. In 45 games he recorded very impressive stats: 18.4ppg, 10.8rpg, 1.8apg, 1.0spg and 1.1bpg in 2013-14 season. He contributed to his team making it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team.

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Singleton was voted All-Chinese CBA 2nd Team back in 2012.
