Valpo Picked to Win the Horizon League, NKU Tabbed to Finish Last

Valparaiso, which returns almost everyone from last season's NCAA Tournament team, is picked to win the Horizon League. 

The Crusaders are followed by Oakland, Milwaukee and Detroit in the league's preseason poll.

New league member Northern Kentucky is picked to finish dead last in the 10-team conference.
