Blackwell Leads Kentucky Wesleyan in Blowout Win Over Oakland City

C.J. Blackwell led four Panthers in double-figures with 21 in Kentucky Wesleyan overwhelming victory, 99-66, over Oakland City at the Sportscenter on Wednesday night. Devin Langford, Tamron Manning and Jermaine Morgan all added 12 each.

Jordan Jacks grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds to go along with nine points. Morgan picked up eight boards and Ken-Jah Bosley dished out a game-high seven assists.

KWC (12-2) shot 58.1 percent from the field, 42.1 percent from three-point territory and 73.1 percent from the foul line. The Panthers held the edge in rebounding 39 to 37. They led 56-18 at halftime and extended that lead to 44 points early in the seccond half.

The Panthers travel to Cedarville (5-8, 0-1) for their Great Midwest Athletic Conference opener on Saturday at 1 p.m.
