Murray State Loses Brion Sanchious for Rest of Season with Knee Injury

Murray State forward Brion Sanchious will miss the rest of the season after suffering a torn ACL in his right knee last week.

Murray State freshman forward Brion Sanchious will miss the rest of the season after he suffered a torn ACL in his right knee last week.

Murray State men's basketball coach Matt McMahon announced the news after tests revealed the extent of Sanchious' injury from Thursday's game at Belmont.

"I am disappointed for Brion and our team.," Coach McMahon said. "However, Brion possesses the character, work ethic, and toughness it takes to come back from this injury. I'm extremely excited about his future at Murray State."
