Ramon Harris Signs with the Iowa Energy

Former Kentucky forward Ramon Harris has signed with the Iowa Energy in the NBA Development League.

Harris opened the season with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the D-League. In 20 games, he averaged 4.7 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

Iowa Energy landed 28-year old forward Ramon Harris (201-100kg-88, college: Kentucky). He started the season at Fort Wayne Mad Ants (D-League). In 20 games he averaged 4.7ppg and 2.3rpg this season. The last summer Harris played at Rayos de Hermosillo (CIBACOPA) in Mexican league. In 13 games he had 10.2ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.7apg and 1.0spg. The last (2015) season he played at Fort Wayne Mad Ants. In 56 games he had 9.4ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.5apg and 1.1spg. He helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. Harris won D-League championship title in 2014.

He is a very experienced player. Harris has played also professionally in China (Ningxia Hanas), Germany (BG Goettingen), Venezuela (Trotamundos) and other D-League team (Rio Grande Valley Vipers).
