Billy Gillispie Leads Ranger College to NJCAA Final Four

Former Kentucky head coach Billy Gillispie is working on a national title run at the junior college level.

Gillispie has his Ranger College team in the final four of the NJCAA National Tournament.

Ranger will play Hutch Community College in the semifinals at 9:00 p.m. ET tonight.

Gillispie's team officially has 5 losses this season, but has actually only lost one game. The other 4 were forfeited due to a paperwork problem early in the season. Ranger earned an at-large bid into the national tournament.

“It’s not about me,” Gillispie said on making the Final Four in his first season. “I’ve never been around a group so determined to win in my life. They are all stand-up guys and I’m so proud of them.”
