Here's a release from LU:

Life U is pleased to announce the hiring of Keith Adkins as Men's Basketball Head Coach. The former NCAA Division I standout as a player, and longtime head coach at Campbellsville University will take over the Life U program immediately and begin building toward the 2016-2017 season.

Adkins was named the 2015 NAIA Coach of the Year by virtue of winning the Mid-South Conference regular season and tournament titles, and has led Campbellsville University to two final four appearances, most recently this past season. Adkins has a history of student-athlete development both in and out of the arena. On the court, he has developed 21 All-Americans, 25 first-team All-Conference players and four conference Players of the Year while leading his program to three conference championships and nine NAIA tournament appearances. Off the court, he has mentored 10 Academic All-Americans and 31 Academic All-Conference student-athletes.

"We are excited to have Coach Adkins join the staff at Life University," said Athletic Director Dan Payne. "Coming from such a well-respected institution in Campbellsville, under their leadership of President Dr. Michael Carter and Athletic Director Rusty Hollingsworth, we know we are getting a great leader of young men. He has an incredible track record of success in the areas we care most about here at Life U which include graduation rate, academic performance and character development. We know he will make an immediate impact on our program, and can't wait for him to get started."
