Kentucky Wesleyan to Play at Louisville in November

Kentucky Wesleyan College will face Louisville in an exhibition game on November 3 at the KFC Yum Center.

It's the second straight season the Panthers have battled the Cardinals.

Here's a release from KWC:

For the second straight season, Kentucky Wesleyan will play Louisville in a men's exhibition basketball contest on Thursday, Nov. 3, at the KFC Yum Center (22,000), as announced by fourth-year Panther head coach Happy Osborne.

Game time and ticket information will be announced at a later date. This marks the sixth time Kentucky Wesleyan has faced U of L in exhibition play.

"We're really looking forward to the opportunity to play Louisville again and we appreciate Coach (Rick) Pitino's invitation," Osborne said.

"With their talent, athleticism and how hard they play for Pitino, it will definitely help us prepare for our season. To be the best you have to play the best and we have more than achieved our goal."

The Panthers return two starters, Ken-Jah Bosley and Jordan Jacks, from last season's NCAA Midwest Region 27-4 squad while the Cardinals return two starters from their 23-8 team.
