Grace Bible College Ends Kentucky Christian's Season

Grace Bible College 89
Kentucky Christian 62

Final from Wyoming, Michigan

Game recap from KCU:

Wyoming, MI - KCU came into today's game facing a daunting task. They were about to play the #4 ranked team in the country and had to face them on their home floor. With a 35-37 halftime deficit, the game appeared very much in question for both sides but Grace Bible College proved they were up to the task.

The Tigers outscored KCU by 25 pts in the second half to earn a 89-62 win and a spot in the title game. Nick Miller led the Knights in scoring by putting up 22 pts on 6-16 from the field (3 3pts) and 7-8 from the line. Also registering a double-double in the afternoon's contest was Hayden Dunn. Dunn put up 17 pts/10 rebs and dished out a team co-leading four assists along with Owens Crawford. KCU sophomore, Brando Barnes, also reached double digits with 11 pts.

The Knights finished the season with a 16-13 record but have every reason for optimism as they do not have any seniors on the team. With the success they have achieved in the 2016-17 season, KCU's men's program continues to be on the rise.
