Former Morehead State Guard Xavier Moon Signs Pro Contract in France

Former Morehead State guard Xavier Moon has signed a pro contract with ALM Evreux in France's second-level ProB league.

Moon recently spoke to The Alexander City Outlook about his new journey:

“I actually know someone that played on the team I’m going to,” Moon said. “He told me about the team and how it was a good program and all that. My agent was the one who got in touch with the coach, and I was able to talk to him from there.”

Since he was a Cougar, Moon has been a standout on the basketball court. As a senior, he was the top scorer in the state of Alabama. Moon averaged 35 points per game, was named to the Alabama Sports Writers Association All-State team and went to the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game.
