For the first time in 17 seasons the Wildcats missed the NCAA tournament. Kentucky&#39;s troubles over the past few years has meant the seemingly insurmountable lead in all-time wins has steadily eroded in the face of strong runs by both the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Kansas Jayhawks.
