After a morning of research and phone calls, here is the latest information on Adreian Payne:

Here is what we know for sure:

- He will announce his decision late this afternoon on ESPNU's Recruiting Insider Show

- His final list of schools is: Kentucky, West Virginia, Arizona and Michigan State

- Payne is a 6-10, 215-lb. center; he ranks #20 on the Rivals150 List for 2010

Here is what we are hearing/believing/speculating:

- Several sources now are indicating that he will commit to Michigan State; this ranges from several well-respected recruiting analysts to Joe Blows on Twitter

- A couple of other choices state that Payne's final decision came down to West Virginia and Michigan State

- It is believed that Arizona was unofficially eliminated several days ago

- I have not found anyone that believes Payne will end up at Kentucky
