Patrick Patterson Questionable for Tonight?

There has been no official injury update on Kentucky forward Patrick Patterson, but early indications are that he is at the very least questionable for tonight's Cancun Challenge Championship game against Stanford.

Brett Dawson and Matt May have both reported on Twitter today that Patterson has been spotted in a walking boot today:

Here is Dawson's Tweet:

wildcats Patrick Patterson in a walking boot on Moon Palace resort today. Still don't know his status for tonight's game against Stanford.

And May's:

tcpmay Patrick Patterson just walked by with a walking boot all the way up to his knee. Could be precautionary, but could be more.
