Survey Says: Kentucky Wildcats Will Lose 6-9 Games

I have spent the better part of the last 2 days polling everyone I have encountered - from my wife, to my family, to random strangers on the Internet - with a simple question about the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team. I just asked my 100th person his answer to this question:

How many losses will the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team suffer in 2009-10?

The choices were:

a) 0, undefeated season and a national championship
b) 1-5
c) 6-9
d) 10+

I asked this question to 100 people and here are the results:

a) 4
b) 24
c) 72
d) 0

What does this mean?

- 72% of the sample group think UK will lose 6-9 games this season
- 96% of those polled think the Cats will lose 1-9 games
- There, of course, are those 4 members of Big Blue Nation that just can't accept a single loss
- Interestingly, not a single person think Kentucky will continue the trend of 10-loss seasons

thats a fair estimate. Honestly I can see the cats finishing with 3-4 loses I realy feel like the UNC game is the game where we see the full potential of our cats. John wall will have a absolute fire lit under him going against UNC and this game will see more media attention than any game before tournament play in my opinion which will translate into big time performances by our guys. UK beats UNC 97-76 yep a blowout

Patrick you are really really stupid, UK let a team pick to finish 10th in the Pac 10 take them to over time and you think they are going to blowout UNC......what kind of crack you smoking in kentucky cause that stuff got your brain fried
