Chane Behanan, a 2011 forward that has received recruiting interest from Kentucky and Louisville, spoke to Chad Bishop of The Bowling Green Daily News about the upcoming season. Here is an excerpt from the article:
“Sometimes (it’s frustrating), especially when reporters have your number,” he said. “That’s real, because I had to change mine. As far as college, I don’t really pay attention to it because I’m just a junior right now. I still got a long time. Sometimes I get a little frustrated with it, but I just gotta work because there’s someone out there working harder than me every day.”
The 6-foot-7, 225-pound Behanan is being recruited by some heavy hitters, including Alabama, Cincinnati, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Tennessee, West Virginia, Xavier and Western Kentucky, according to various recruiting Web sites.
