Georgetown College men's and women's basketball teams picked up wins on the second day of the Jim Reid Classic.

The men handed Edward Waters a 80-61 defeat behind Vic Moses 32 points and 13 rebounds in the consolation game Saturday at Alumni Gym. GC coach Happy Osborne knows his team can be a lot better and there is more work to be done, but was pleased with the win and the performances of guards Eddie Gray and Johonne Hamilton.

The Tigers (7-2) will be back in action Wednesday against Asbury College.
