Jeff Drummond of Kentucky Ink reported last night that Brandon Knight may have already committed to Kentucky, which would seem to solidify rumors from two weeks ago that he is coming to UK.
I just got off the phone with a good friend that is a journalist in the Miami-area and he confirms that the talk of South Florida is Brandon Knight to Kentucky.
He said: "don't expect an official announcement yet, but all parties involved are aware of Knight's intentions."
This is great news for Kentucky and should bring joy to Big Blue Nation when/if it is made official.
On Twitter, Evan Daniels of Scout.com says that while Knight may come to Kentucky, he doesn't feel a commitment has been given at this point:
@EvanDanielscout: Just received my 3rd text asking about a possible Brandon Knight to UK commit. That is completely bogus.
Daniels added: "Just to clarify, I'm not saying he won't eventually go to UK. I'm saying he hasn't made a commitment to anyone."
