Kentucky Christian Players, Coach Earn NCCAA DII Mideast Region Honors

Several Kentucky Christian players and head coach Grady Lowe recently earned NCCAA DII Mideast Region honors.

Caleb Ford was named to the First Team while Lowe was named region Coach of the Year.

Here's a release from KCU:

The Mideast Region coaches have honored three Knights and Coach Lowe for their efforts during the 2014-15 basketball season.

Named to the first team, KCU guard Caleb Ford took his place among the top six players as voted upon by the head coaches. Ford reached the 1,000 point plateau during the season and looks to add many more during the final two seasons of his college career.

Also selected to the all-region squad as 2nd Team members were the duo of seniors Tyler Farley and Ace Puckett. Both players also eclipsed the 1,000 point barrier during the season and will be missed next fall.

Head Coach Grady Lowe was also honored by being named the region Coach of the Year for his work with the Knights squad during this past season. Congratulations to the KCU men's basketball program for their post-season accomplishments.
