Jordan DeMercy Earns Player of the Week Honors in Colombia Following Triple-Double

Former Georgetown College forward Jordan DeMercy has been named Player of the Week in Colombia this week.

DeMercy had a triple-double of 12 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists in Bucaros' 100-83 win over Piratas.

27-year old forward Jordan Demercy (201-F-88, agency: Blacktop Management) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team Bucaros and receives a Player of the Week award for round 2.

He recorded a triple-double of 12 points adding also 13 rebounds and 11 assists, while his team crushed Piratas (#8, 1-2) with 17-point margin 100-83. It allowed Bucaros to consolidate first place in the Colombian league. The season is still on an early stage, but Bucaros already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. Demercy has many years of experience at Bucaros, through which he has constantly improved. Georgetown College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Demercy is in league's top in rebounds (6th best: 9.5rpg) and averages solid 68.8% FGP.
