Texas Transfer Damarcus Croaker Granted Immediate Eligibility at Murray State

Texas transfer Damarcus Croaker has been granted immediate eligibility at Murray State University.

Croaker will be eligible to play the first game of the upcoming season and will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Here is a release from MSU:

Murray State head men’s basketball coach Matt McMahon announced that junior Damarcus Croaker has been granted immediate eligibility by the NCAA for the 2015-16 season following a waiver request from MSU Athletics.

Croaker will have two seasons of eligibility remaining, starting with the first game of the season, after his transfer to Murray State last December from the University of Texas.

"I am very happy for Damarcus and his family,” Head Coach Matt McMahon said. “We’re thankful that the NCAA has supported Damarcus' waiver for immediate eligibility and we look forward to him joining us on our exhibition trip to Canada next month."
